Refund and Returns Policy

Return policy Nobody Called Today* 

Sometimes an item you bought is just not what you thought it would be. As a service we provide you a time of 14 days* to change your mind for whatever the reason may be. Within these 14 days* you will have the time to notice us whenever you would like to return a product. If so, please mail us at: info@nobodycalledtoday.com. 

How?

  • Please send within 14 days*, starting on the delivery date, an email to info@nobodycalledtoday.com to notify us that you would like to return a product and why. Also provide us with the receipt (email) you’ve got from us. 
  • We hand out the procedure for sending back an item through email. Please note that the costs for returning an item are for your own account.
  • The products need to be returned in the same condition as when it arrived. Otherwise we do not accept returns. If an item is broken or in bad condition, notify us immediately or else we could not take your return into consideration. Please use the original packaging so the item can be transported safely. The costs for possible damage after not taking good care of the item before transport is for your own account.
  • A product needs to be returned in its original state. That means you can open the packaging, fit the clothing items and view the products, at least when you do it neatly. Applying for every product is the fact that you cannot use the product when you do not already know that you would like to keep the products. When it happens that by returning, the product is used in a manner that was not needed for a good review of the product, we are allowed to ask for appropriate compensation.
  • Returns are at your own expense. When a product does not arrive or is damaged by arrival, this is for your own costs. This applies to both the product and the product packaging by means of not being able to sell the product again or depreciation of value. 
  • When the product is safely returned to our homebase, we will refund the costs of the product and the shipping costs (except for the shipping costs that were made by returning the product) within 14 days after arrival. 
  • When you’ve ordered more products and you would like to return one product or a part of all the products, the shipping costs will not be refunded. 
  • When you’ve placed an order over €100,- (which means free shipping) and the items you return make the initial total bill less than €100,- then shipping costs will be settled in retrospect. 

For instance, when you buy for €120,- and return for €100,-, the initial total bill will be €20,- which means we will deduct shipping costs when returning the refund.

* Jewelry can only be returned without opening the packaging of the product itself. Otherwise we cannot take back the product by means of hygiene. 

* Please note that Made-To-Order items and items that were personalized can not be returned! We do not respond to any mail correspondence regarding this matter.
